Version bumb to 2.2.1 and added migrate command

made the changes to get 2.2.1 running plus added a migrate command to
the entrypoint. documented it in the readme.

added new dependencies and added redis support

somehow there is a problem with the parameters.yml and environment
variables. ansible templates are now used.
database migration is still a big problem.

Fixed bug with entrypoint

The entrypoint didnt triggered the install script if there is no
