Add de-dupe cover option for landscape alignment (#561)

* Adds --author argument to CLI

* Add --prefercoverfile and --nocoveraspage arguments to CLI

* cover checks only run once

* Revert "cover checks only run once"

This reverts commit ad7b3cc106.
