* Update README Profiles

Align the README Profiles section with the profile definitions
in image.py.

- Add missing Kindle Scribe 3, Colorsoft and reMarkable profiles
- Update gamma values to default (from 1.8 to 1.0)

* Update profile name KS1860

Fix typo (1920 -> 1860)
