Fix LABEL in Dockerfile, should be key=value

Refering to the [Official Docker Docs](`https://docs.docker.com/reference/dockerfile/#label`), clearly said the format of LABEL is `LABEL <key>=<value> <key>=<value> <key>=<value> ...`.
