Migrate CLI E2E tests to Node.js 26

Browse Source 
Run the CLI subprocess suites and benchmark tools as native TypeScript with
node:test, and move them under test/e2e-cli.

Update CI and Compose runners, run local smoke tests on Linux, macOS, and
Windows, and collect source-mapped CLI coverage with c8.

## Reproducible benchmark

The current Compose runner installs the checked-out repository's package and lockfile with `npm ci`; Self-hosted LiveSync 1.0.42 selects Commonlib 0.2.2. Running the command below measures that checkout, rather than recreating the older package environment automatically. Keep the recorded results associated with their original measurement date and dependency version.
