Stop conflict work after disposal and verify reload preservation

Browse Source 
Stop pending dialogue and selected-resolution continuations after disposal,
before they log or start further resolution work. Verify released log binders
and retain real-Obsidian checks for content and revision history across reload.

- Pending conflict dialogues and their resolution steps stop using the released logger after the plug-in is disabled. Waiting continuations check for shutdown before logging or starting further resolution work.
