- Hidden File Sync now stores newer local files during `Merge` initialisation by comparing local and database modification times in the correct direction.
- Hidden File Sync refreshes an open manual JSON comparison when a later conflict check arrives for the same file.
- The earlier dialogue closes, and the latest revisions are checked again before another comparison opens. A replicated resolution also closes the affected comparison. Dialogues for other files keep their order.
