However, they can be a bit harder to dry brush with. I personally think Reaper paints are the most comparable to Vallejo. Like Vallejo they are a good backbone for your paint collection. The triad concept is super useful for newer painters, but I still use the triads almost every time I paint because they help make some decisions just easier.
