59b26cfc8b Split comic2ebook.py main in two again 
Now has main() which initialises the program and makeParser() which
sets up the option parser.

64b199ef74 Changed output extension to AZW3 
This is cosmetic change. All profiles for new Kindle models already created KF8/AZW3 files but used generic extension.
