- Overhaul Japanese translation catalogue and synchronize with current documentation
- Localise pending UI labels across dialogues, panels, and settings
- Add Japanese translation mapping for provisional LiveSync messages
- Update and refine all Japanese documentation files
- Strip weak ETag prefix in ObsHttpHandler for object storage compatibility

Chihiro WATANABE a5232e08d6 fix(i18n): resolve Display Language placeholder 
The keyword expansion keys are case-sensitive. Several translations referenced %{Display language}, but the catalogue key is Display Language, so the placeholder was left unresolved in the affected languages. Reference the existing key and rebake the generated catalogues.
